The short version
Cloudflare hosts everything and voices the lessons, Anthropic reads the adverts and writes the lessons, and Resend sends email. Nobody else handles your data.
This summary is here to be read. The clauses below are what actually binds.Tutor Badger is built in phases. Until a course can be made on the site, it is made from the adverts you send and published to your account. A clause about a part that is not live yet applies from the day that part goes live.
Cloudflare, Inc.
Does: hosting, database, lesson audio storage, the lesson voice (Deepgram's Aura, run on Workers AI) and Turnstile. Handles: all service data; the voice receives only the lines to be spoken. Where: Cloudflare's global network.
Anthropic, PBC
Does: reads the adverts, plans the course, and writes the lessons and the meaning of each term. Handles: the text read from your adverts. Where: United States.
Resend, Inc.
Does: sends the password reset email. Handles: your email address and the email's content. Where: United States.
